I’ve watched 3 of these shorts. The first one said the best Vitamin for arthritis is Vitamin K2. the second one said it’s not Vitamin D, it’s Niacinamide. Now this one says vitamin D3 and K2.
Ok. But I’m afraid of k2, as there’s a history of calcium buildup on heart valves & in arteries. Drs don’t discuss. Hopefully with this new Dr… Find answers, cuz I’m in terrible pain
