  1. There are definitely things that do help boner health. Sulfur helps produce semen, so MSM and garlic. Gelatin is a big one.
    There are DEFINITELY foods and herbs that help, but they should be included with a healthy diet to work properly. A lot of boner health is circulation.

  2. i have 288ng/dl of testosterone according to my last blood test report and i have all the symptoms of it from muscle loss to memory loss and i am just 20 years of age i dont know about free testosterone levels but it is terrible to live with it.

I recently was in a test, my good colesterol was 0.9 when it should be above one and im very d vitamine deficient, test was 16(something per liter) it was at the bottim of the range im wondering if its becouse the test sas taken 5h after waking of or becouse i jacked of after waking, or does the good chilesterol or d vitamine effect that, also my kreatine is at the top of the range so can i use kreatine supmiments or should i
