    Works for me by making me less reactive and much more calm. It really help in my memory for words. I have over years recommended L theanine to many people. Almost all of them had very positive effects and years later still enjoy the benefits. I put it up there with creatine in its effectiveness. Just my humble opinion from experience.   3. Ashwaganda ups my libido after a few doses. Maybe bc of low stress. Maybe bc it effects me different. But I love it cycling on n off it monthly
