  2. Breathing techniques are the most overhyped shit being regurgitated nowadays.
    Solving the root cause of your stress will calm you down way more effectively and efficiently than fucking breathing slow which doesnt even do anything, just soothes 5% of it.

  3. I don’t know what is happening, I feel stressed thinking about my failures that would happen to me in the next day or when I do reporting in school. Idkkkk

If your panic attacks go away without medication or without lasting hours… we appreciate your help but you have no idea wtf your talking about when you say youve experienced what were going through… and it only makes it harder when you compare severe panic attacks to mild ones. YOUD KNOW if it was severe because you litterally would have to pull over on the freeway type panic.
