  1. The numbers are incorrect, pay attention before blindingly following his video! Vitamin A should never be more than 3000mcg, and she says not more than 10000mcg but that would be IU, and not mcg, completely wrong

  2. Thank you for explaining the why behind starting prenatals early and sticking to evidence based guidelines. It really cuts through all the noise. For anyone still deciding, I personally used Baby Blues Prenatal Vitamins and loved that they focus on things you mentioned like methylated folate, choline, and iron. I genuinely felt more stable with my energy and mood, which made it easier to stay consistent.
